川普當選美國總統，他的重要政策之一就是希望在海外設廠的企業回到美國，首要目標對象就是蘋果公司，希望可以把 iPhone 生產線拉回美國，立委盧秀燕今 (1) 日要求經濟部說明台灣廠商可能受到的衝擊及壓力有那些? 經濟部次長沈榮津坦言，以蘋果來看的話，國內供應商及代工業者的確有被要求及感受壓力，目前以高科技業聽到最多，另外，紡織及車輛也有。
立委盧秀燕在財委會質詢指出，川普曾表示上任後會要求蘋果將 iPhone 生產線移回美國，另外也聽說，台灣有些貿易、代工廠商也接到川普團隊或是美國政府的要求，希望把廠設在美國，盧秀燕說，台灣是貿易導向的國家，川普的政策到底國內會多少廠商受到壓力，會影響多少國內就業及產值、GDP。
沈榮津指出，以蘋果來看的話，供應商，代工業者有的有願意要去配合，國內廠商的確有被要求及感受壓力，目前來看，高科技產業有壓力聽到的最多，其次隱約有的則是紡織及車輛，已經全面請智庫在盤查中。
盧秀燕擔心，台廠到美國設廠將會影響多少的就業機會，人數會不會超過萬人? 沈榮津則表示，影響這部分還在評估及調查中，他承諾會在 1 個月提出相關的報告。
